When it came time for senior portraits for a future Aggie, Brittany knew two things. She wanted to show off her future school and she wanted to bring her new puppy.

About Brittany
Brittany is the younger of two daughters of an A&M-loving family. She cheers for Summer Creek high school and loves competing in the springtime. Brittany is smart and wants to pursue a career in wildlife and fisheries.
Brains, passion, and talent to boot, Brittany is one of a kind! She was a joy to photograph.
I was so excited that Brittany brought along her Brittany puppy to photograph with her. If there is anything you should have from your senior year, it’s a picture of you with your pet companion.
Brittany’s puppy trotted along with us and was content to smell the abundant smells in the park. It was a hot day in late March, so we stopped frequently to let her take a drink or chill out in the shade. Her Dad was so kind to drop in, stay for the session, and leave with the puppy once we had finished photographing.
The perfect location for a career in wildlife
Brittany chose the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center to showcase her upcoming career choice. The HANC is a beautiful place to explore and feels like you’ve stepped into the forrest.
It’s located smack dab in the middle of Houston, by the Galleria and 610. Driving there is no hassle at all. And once you’ve parked and open your door to the outside, you’ll feel as if you’re 200 miles from the nearest city.
The HANC is great for hiking, and there’s a little bit of everything for nature lovers. We walked by ponds, open fields, wooded trails, and pretty boardwalk paths in her 2 hour session.
We’ve photographed at the HANC several times a year. We’ve found the best time to visit is late summer, early fall, and late spring. So July, August, September, March, and April.
The perfect senior portrait wardrobe for this future Aggie
One of Brittany’s proudest moments so far is getting into her dream school. So it only made sense to feature her new Alma Mater into her senior session.
She chose a beautiful maroon blouse with jeans and cowgirl boots for her casual look. This went so great with her Aggie sign and puppy.
For her other two looks, she wore two cute sundresses and nude colored heels. I loved her jewelry accents!
Best of luck to you, Brittany, in your studies at Texas A&M College Station!
